Once your package leaves our facility, delivery times are in the hands of the courier company. While delays are rare, please note that we cannot be held responsible for courier delays.
You will receive tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
💳 Refunds & Returns
We stand by the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged or defective, you are eligible for a refund or replacement.
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order, with photo evidence of the damage.
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or returns for reasons other than damage/defects (such as change of mind or personal preference).
